Fast water

Sunday was filled with the usual stop for a couple of coffees and a couple of photo opportunities.

I think the news network 'meteorologists' have been getting creative with help from ChatGPT for the last few years to come up with near-extinction weather terms to scare the hot water out of us.

"Heat Wave" is now "Heat Domes! We're all gonna Die!" to keep us on high alert.

"Blizzard" is now "Polar Vortex! We're all gonna Die!" to terrify us.

"Seasonal Heavy rainfall w/chances of flooding." wasn't worrisome enough. so is now refered to as "Atmospheric River! We're all gonna Die!"

They've managed to make summer, autumn and winter terrifying. We need to find a horrifying upgrade for "Spring Thaw".

We'll see what they land on if we live through the soon to be upon us "Polar Vortex" (sometimes refered to by some as 'snowmagedon')

And people still don't believe there's such a thing as "Climate Change".

Anyway, got a few shots of some fast moving higher that normal water due to the Atmospheric River that just dumped buckets of rain on our area.
